Hotel Interurban / Airmark Apartments

Hotel Interurban and Airmark Apartments is a new, nineteen-story building with an attached four-story parking garage to accommodate 300 cars. The building included new construction of 371 residential units and 185 hotel rooms and totaled 500,000 SF. Amenities include a full service restaurant, coffee shop, lounge, movie room, outdoor BBQ deck, hotel club, apartment club, pool and exercise room. Additional site work included hardscape, irrigation, soldier piles, sidewalks, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and surface parking.

The windows were manufactured in Poland and weigh 600 lbs each. They are triple pane and very energy efficient.
