Valley View Middle School

This project consisted of a new middle school on an existing campus. The school is designed and constructed to Living Building Challenge standards. The project includes abatement/demolition, structure (concrete, steel & CMU), photovoltaic system, reclaimed water system, lighting and shade control system and pervious concrete paving. The campus includes classrooms, administrative offices, commons, library, full kitchen, locker rooms, gymnasium, field turf football field and softball field, tennis courts, parking and covered play area.
