Solo Lofts

Solo Lofts is a new, 20-unit, six-story residential structure, constructed to Built Green 4-Star standards. The structure included multiple plans ranging from one-bedroom homes to two-story penthouse lofts, as well as below-grade parking with secure bike storage. Sustainable features included low-VOC paints and finishes, sustainable materials, ENERGY STAR lighting, and high-efficiency windows, fixtures and dual-flush toilets. Paired with soaring ceilings, exposed ductwork, industrial materials, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and European-inspired design and fixtures, Solo Lofts provides healthy, long-lasting homes with a modern aesthetic.
