Sky 3 is a new, 15-story residential structure in downtown Portland, consisting of 196 apartment units and two levels of below-grade parking. The mixed-use structure will include 6,500 SF of retail space on the ground floor. Amenities include long-term bike storage, mechanical bike and car stackers in the garage, a library, game room, and outdoor seating. It is capped with three penthouses and a sky lounge. The project is achieved LEED Silver certification.
