EIE326 Dormitory at Eielson Air Force Base – Fairbanks, Alaska

Absher-Bethel Joint Venture designed and constructed a three-story, 168-room dormitory. The building has a reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry walls and roof for an arctic/sub-arctic environment. Other work completed was site improvements, parking, roadways, contaminated soil remediation, all supporting facilities and the demolition of buildings and other supporting facilities in the way of construction.
