Bay Terrace is a Tacoma Housing Authority low-income housing project with two construction phases. Phase One included demolition and infrastructure, a community center, a 4-story mid-rise building (54 units) with a parking garage below, five townhome buildings (16 units) and a park. Phase Two will include another 4-story mid-rise building (54 units) with a parking garage below and five additional townhome buildings (16 units). Projected value for all phases is $25 million.
