The six-story, $42M project houses two separate hotels owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Aloft and Element with separate lobbies on either side of the building. The 256,000 SF structure includes five levels of wood framing over three levels of concrete structure. Retail facilities and lobbies comprises 14,700 SF at grade, and 277 guest rooms that make up 106,600 SF. An additional 16,000 SF is used for conference and meeting rooms. Parking is provided in two below-grade levels.
