Aegis of Lake Union

The Aegis of Lake Union senior care housing facility includes new construction of 77 residential units within 5 floors and totals 73,182 SF. The project includes below-grade parking, to accommodate 19 vehicles, 16 bicycle stalls and 2 loading bays. Amenities include cinema, activity room, bistro, barber shop, salon, fitness/yoga center, massage, juice bar, courtyard, and retail coffee shop. Administrative offices will also be located at this project site.

The theme of this project is inspired by the best-selling book “Boys in the Boat”, based on the American rowing team and their quest for Gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. The project’s architecture resembles a shell house design.
