Willow Crest Elementary

The $45M Willow Crest Elementary School project for Auburn School District was the first of three new elementary school construction projects. The new 73,000 school facility included 32 general classrooms, 6 specialty classrooms, administration areas, gymnasium, library, full-service kitchen, and other support spaces.
Absher collaborated with Auburn School District to ensure that critical phasing planning allowed students and staff to move into the new school so construction could begin on the second elementary school project. Extensive preconstruction resulted in the entire project being delivered on time and within budget.
