Amara (Harnish House)

This $1.6M, not-for-profit sanctuary included construction of new two-story building for children’s services and the emergency sanctuary. The building totaled 4,399 SF and the entrances are secured by card reader access. Additional site work included landscaping, stormwater retention basin, playground, sidewalks, surface parking and fencing.
Amara has a vegetated multi-layer system, with 6” green roof soil, tile and is planted with Mexican Feather Grass.
